The Dutch College of Phlebology (DCoP) was founded in 2011. It is a multidisciplinary society in which all physicians, (private) hospitals and industries involved in the care for patients with venous disease are members. The main goal of DCoP is to optimize the care for patients with venous disease in every aspect. DCoP creates a platform for the interests of all those who are involved in treatment of venous pathology. More information available at www.dcop.nl.
The Földi Clinic is a specialist clinic for lymphology, where inpatient and outpatient treatment of diseases of the lymphatic system, oncological rehabilitation and follow-up treatment are carried out. Their philosophy is to reconcile medical progress with high humanistic standards. They offer interdisciplinary and multimodal therapy for patients with lymphoedema or with lipoedema-syndrome.
The International Compression Club (ICC) is an organisation dedicated to advancing knowledge, research, and best practices in compression therapy. Comprised of international experts in the field, the ICC focuses on the use of compression in managing various medical conditions, particularly those involving chronic venous disorders, lymphedema, and other vascular and lymphatic issues.
Lipoedema and obesity-related-lymphedema often appear together and both diseases are usually diagnosed and treated by the same healthcare professionals. So, what could be more obvious than creating a strong collaboration between the ILA and the International Lymphoedema Framework (ILF). Both associations have therefore signed a letter of intent where they announce their collaboration on conferences and specific projects.

The National Lymphedema Network (NLN) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1988 to provide education and guidance regarding lymphedema management to patients, healthcare professionals, and the general public by disseminating information on the prevention and management of lymphedema. The NLN was the first organization established in the US dedicated to lymphedema and we founded Lymphedema Day, March 6, which is the day they became incorporated as a nonprofit.
